Add reCAPTCHA to your sign-up forms in Heyloyalty

Step 1: Go to the registration forms

First, find your registration form. To do this, go to the “Lists” menu item at >, click the three dots next to the list (•••), and select “Edit List.” Here, select the “Forms” tab, and then select “Registration.” If you can’t find it, follow the guide here.

    Step 2: Enable reCAPTCHA

On the sign-up form where you want to add reCAPTCHA, click the pencil icon to edit the form. This will take you to the form settings. Scroll down to the “Enable reCAPTCHA?” setting and click “Yes.”

When reCAPTCHA is enabled, a small square will appear just above the sign-up button. This ensures that only real people can sign up for your lists.

Finally, save your changes by scrolling to the bottom or the top of the page and clicking Save.

    reCAPTCHA is now enabled

You have now successfully enabled reCAPTCHA on your sign-up form in Heyloyalty. This will help keep your lists free of fake sign-ups from “bots.” Continue using Heyloyalty’s tools to maximize the security and effectiveness of your campaigns.
